Direct responsibility of implementing Risk systems relating to Regulatory and Digitization initiatives of Risk Management division

  • The role requires the incumbent to plan, manage, execute, track and implement functional and technical requirements in Risk Domain
  • Oversee and track multiple workstreams of the project
  • Application management and production stability after change movement
  • Stakeholder management
  • Project Delivery :

  • Get involved in Requirement Analysis, perform the role of Technical Lead and Project Lead
  • Ensure all project milestones are completed within planned schedule. All projects are delivered within agreed budget with minimum risks
  • Ensure non-functional requirements are implemented, and for the creation and maintenance of the associated documentation
  • Finalize end to end solution architecture to meet business requirements. This involves coordination with multiple teams like Architecture, Data, ISG and other technology teams
  • Provide technical guidance, information and instruction to other IT staff requiring broader subject knowledge
  • Change Delivery :

  • Delivery of the changes asked within the application
  • Adherence to quality & timeline
  • Engage with supplier, other IT teams and implement bug free changes
  • Application Ownership :

  • End to End Ownership of Risk applications in the cluster
  • Sound technical knowledge of Risk applications in the cluster
  • Accountable for the stability of Risk applications in the cluster
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of critical issues on applications within the cluster
  • Roadmap for applications in the cluster
  • Ensure systems (Hardware / Software) meet Architecture and Security standards
  • Innovation :

  • Identifying the areas / scopes for activities like Automation & active participation
  • Acumen to apply trending technologies to provide solutions
  • Relationship Management :

  • Build stakeholder connects
  • Be the SPoC for the applications you handle
  • Core Skills :

  • 10 years plus of total Experience in technology field in Banking domain managing and implementing Risk applications like Moody’s Basel, CreditLens, OFSAA IFRS9
  • Strong techno functional knowledge of IRS9, Basel, or similar such analytical solutions
  • Strong DB knowledge in Oracle / SQL Server. Strong in writing SQL, PL / SQL and data transformation knowledge
  • Knowledge in cloud services(Azure) and DevOps setup. Prior implementation experience is a plus
  • Certification in Risk Domain will be plus
