Job Title : Senior HR Business Advisor Operations

Rafhan Maize Products Co. Ltd. (Ingredion Incorporated) is hiring a Senior HR Business Advisor to provide HR end-to-end support to employees working in Operations function.
The position reports to HR Business Partner (HRBP) Operations and will be responsible to deliver, coordinate and implement HR initiatives.
The incumbent will actively guide employees and support them in Talent Management, Performance Management, Organization Development and Industrial Relations.
The incumbent will act as a front-line support to internal customers to drive Values & Culture and Employee Engagement activities.

As Senior HR Business Advisor Operations, you will be responsible to :
Provide end-to-end HR solutions related to talent & performance management, organization development and industrial relations
Proactively engage with Collective Bargaining Agent (CBA) Union to develop them as strategic business partners to ensure employee engagement & welfare
Provide support to HRBP Operations during Charter of Demand negotiations with CBA
Work closely with Communities of Expertise (CoEs) and HR Operations to ensure timely delivery to business as effective HR Business Advisor
Coordinate and implement HR programs and ensure they remain relevant to the business needs and are aligned to the global approach
Support in developing HR plans for Operations functions and ensure timely and efficient delivery of HR projects.
Champion the organization values & culture and deliver HR services which add value’ to HR People Processes.
Actively participate and coordinate implementation of global and local HR projects and initiatives.
Provide coaching and counseling to employees to support the effective utilization of the performance management system for effective goal setting, career development, and performance feedback.
This position is well-suited for you if you have :
Strong working knowledge of HR people processes such as talent management, talent acquisition, organization development & design and industrial relations
Worked at a manufacturing facility and have hands-on experience of interacting with shop floor employees and CBA Unions to achieve business goals & objectives
Good working knowledge of relevant Labor Laws with ability to maintain cordial relationship with external stakeholders such as local labor office, EOBI, PESSI etc.
Strong organization & influencing skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast paced and demanding environment.
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient computer skills on Microsoft Office
Data analytics capability and digital awareness
You are eligible to apply if you have :
Master’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or Social Sciences.
5 7 years of relevant HR experience at a Manufacturing facility with a multinational or a large local organization.
