We’re looking for a talented HR officer

The candidate must possess :

  • Excellent communication skills with a pleasant personality.
  • Strong Persuasive and analytical skills are required for effective and in-time decision making.
  • Responsibilities :

  • A very good understanding of developing and implementing HR Policies, Procedures & Processes
  • Managing Complete Recruitment process including Rigorous Headhunting and posting on different job portals.
  • Maintain attendance record
  • Maintain leave record
  • Responsible for Performance Management
  • Responsible for Payroll management
  • Storing data, creating reports, analyzing reports, creating custom reports for the HR department on excel and other applications being used for recruitment.
  • Be competent with excel to develop and maintain various HR reports and dashboards.
  • Maintains and updates employee records.
  • Strives to maintain excellent employee relations, healthy work culture, and environment.
  • Facilitates in organizing internal and external HR events.
  • Any additional responsibility assigned as and when required.
  • We are looking for :

  • Education : Minimum a Bachelors in HR or Business Administration
  • Experience : 2-3 years
  • Job Location : Lahore
