The candidate must possess :
Excellent communication skills with a pleasant personality.
Strong Persuasive and analytical skills are required for effective and in-time decision making.
A very good understanding of developing and implementing HR Policies, Procedures & Processes
Managing Complete Recruitment process including Rigorous Headhunting and posting on different job portals.
Maintain attendance record
Maintain leave record
Responsible for Performance Management
Responsible for Payroll management
Storing data, creating reports, analyzing reports, creating custom reports for the HR department on excel and other applications being used for recruitment.
Be competent with excel to develop and maintain various HR reports and dashboards.
Maintains and updates employee records.
Strives to maintain excellent employee relations, healthy work culture, and environment.
Facilitates in organizing internal and external HR events.
Any additional responsibility assigned as and when required.
We are looking for :
Education : Minimum a Bachelors in HR or Business Administration
Experience : 2-3 years
