Job Description

  • Conducting end to end recruitment process of Expansions nationwide.
  • Design and plan interview & selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Process documentations and paperwork for new employees as well as assist with the orientation process.
  • Compensating and negotiating employees with consistency and integrity.
  • Resolving employee issues and counseling.
  • Provide off-boarding support to all employees.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree; a relevant Master’s degree is a strong plus.
  • At least 1+ years of work experience in relevant field of work.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Process-oriented and data-driven.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents.
  • Proactive and could lead independent projects.
  • Excellent English skills.
