This requires the ability to sense the pulse of the market and roll out initiatives which resonate with the local market and also evaluate the performance of each campaign to ensure high ROI.

The candidate should have the Vision to build a brand which customers will Love and ability to clearly mark out and execute key goals to achieve this vision.

What's on the menu for you to do?

  • Define a clear vision for the brand in line with the local market requirements.
  • Manage a dynamic and diverse team based in various parts of the country and will be leading all the major Marketing functions.
  • Optimise existing growth channels and continuously test new and crazy campaigns to uncover untapped acquisition opportunities, digital, offline and through partnerships
  • Build the business position for online and offline partnerships for branding and acquisition through affiliate and short-term promotional events;
  • Spearhead local campaigns, that both impacts branding + sales performance
  • Work closely with the different stakeholders within the company develop an ATL / BTL approach aligned with business objectives for both short and long-term impact.
  • Oversee and manage the execution of marketing calendar plan and channel budgets.
  • Spearhead seasonal or annual 360 marketing campaigns;
  • Manage and maintain strategic partnerships;
  • Spearhead the roll-out-strategy of new cities along with the expansion team
  • Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
  • Perform root cause analysis on data and manage BI reporting to form Marketing Analytics and metrics.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with partnering restaurants, active corporate brands and government organizations to achieve business objectives.
  • Continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
  • What do you bring to the table?

  • Seasoned marketer : At least 8-10 years experience in growing brand / business, preferably in the e-commerce and / or FMCG industry
  • Masters degree in Marketing / Business or any related field.
  • Inspiring leader : proven track record of managing and building growth teams
  • Highly analytical & numbers driven
  • Loves looking at data to inform him / her on decisions made on where to best invest the marketing dollars to drive growth and acquisition costs.
  • Biased to action + master in prioritising : you always focus on tackling the biggest challenge first (both short & long term) without getting distracted with nice-to-haves
  • Passionate about brands : metrics driven with a deep understanding for branding
  • Product marketing expertise in the web technology sector and the ability to contribute at strategic, operational and tactical levels
  • Can communicate well - written, verbal and presentation in English
  • Strong customer service orientation and experience in a client-facing capacity
  • Track record of managing, mentoring and leading a team of high performers
  • Track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization
  • Has excellent organization and people skills and the ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task and work well independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
  • Creativity and innovation, ability to think out of the box and conceptualize creative campaigns that can drive positive brand awareness.
  • Experience in managing P&L responsibility in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
  • Experience in stakeholder management and working across a matrix structure seeking collaboration.
