Major Responsibilities :

  • Plan, organize & arrange in-bound and out-bound consignments, stock transfers, off-loading and dispensing of inventories as per description
  • Ensure timely dispatches of stocks and samples to Customers and Field Force as applicable following the SOPs
  • Ensure the maintenance of temperature record of storage area
  • Review stock position of all stock items & manage adequate inventories for the assigned warehouses ensuring that there is no out of stock situation.
  • Ensure inventory as per warehouse allocated pallets position.
  • Ensure meeting KPIs for warehousing and logistics operations.
  • Follow up and track locations of all out- bound containers to avoid any down time.
  • Close co-ordination with warehousing and logistics partners for smooth day to day operations.
  • Co-ordinate with relevant departments to support for reconciliation of inventories, price printing and quality audits etc.
  • Any other job assigned by Manager.
  • Knowledge, Experience & Education :

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in relevant field.
  • Bachelors in Science; preferably with an MBA
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Team Work
  • Strong follow up and determination
  • Preferably having good computer and MS Excel skills
