Key Areas of Responsibility

Leading a small team of developers and coordinating development activities

Requirement Gathering, system analysis documentation.

Leading customer workshops to capture ETL Requirements

Design, develop, test, support processes for extracting and loading data from source systems to DWH and DM

Analysis and designing, logical and physical model optimization.

Mentoring junior members of the team in software development best practices

Developing project deliverable documentation.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor / Master in computer science , IT, Engineering

Minimum of 6 years as an internal or external consultant with a broad data warehouse

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a successful Consulting delivery business

Overall 7+ years of industry experience; the telecom industry will be a plus.

Experience in Physical Model

Comprehensive knowledge of relational database / Data warehouse and data modeling

Extensive knowledge of one of the ETL tools : Informatica PowerCenter or DataStage.

Linux Command line as a user knowledge, Shell Scripting.

Advanced Communication skills : being able to communicate with heads of business departments

Previous Team Leader experience.
