The Job
Your Responsibility will includes :
Responsible for working on leads and selling real estate inventory to our direct clients.
Finding and identifying investors with property consultancy needs.
Keeping in touch with clients via calls and emails to notify them of the consultancy services offer.
Securing a consulting deal by preparing and presenting business proposals to clients to convince them of his / her consultancy services
Candidates from Bahria Town or nearby Areas are Preferred.
Skills Required :
You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organized and able to multi-task effectively.
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
No prior experience required in Real Estate. On-Job training will be provided by the company, along with a stipend.
