ROLE MISSION STATEMENT

Develop strong foundations in research-based consulting. Assist and collaborate in the design, execution and delivery of projects.

The incumbent will be responsible for specific project related tasks with the guidance of seniors.

  • Analysis & Reporting
  • Financial Management : Able to cost straightforward projects, track time & costs accurately as well as review job costs & impact on financial results
  • Proposal Process : Responsible for specific project-related tasks with the guidance of seniors including but not limited to proposal writing, designing questionnaires / discussion guides, sample design & tab specs
  • Project Management : Participate & assist with all aspects of the project
  • Client Responsibilities : Communicate with client with guidance from seniors, understand & communicate client needs to internal team & complete client request in a timely manner
  • Communication : Develop presentation skills through internal opportunities, proactively seek feedback on written & verbal communication style
  • CAPABILITIES

  • Completed tertiary education degree in marketing, e.g. BCom / BBus Sc (preferably Hons), MBA
  • Previous experience of : At least 1-2 years' experience in studies such as brand health tracking, concept product testing or U & As.
  • Ideally in the FMCG sector

  • Analytical ability with proven numeracy skills (Skills will be tested)
  • Computer literacy proficiency on all MS Office packages
  • Business writing skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Basic commercial skills (cost and time management)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Marketing knowledge and thorough understanding of marketing research principles
