The Senior Compensation Analyst will be a key member of the Total Rewards team, with responsibility for supporting the annual rewards cycle and company bonus programs, carrying out market pricing, and contributing to the development and implementation of a global job architecture.

Strong spreadsheet, data analysis, and presentation skills, along with the ability to adapt to change in a high-growth, global work environment, is key to success.

What you'll do :

  • Support the annual global rewards cycle and administration of company bonus plans.
  • Participate in the development of a global job architecture, analyzing market data to develop and maintain salary ranges, bonus targets, and equity ranges.
  • Conduct ad hoc benchmarking analysis as needed for new or changing roles.
  • Provide analysis and insight to address specific market concerns.
  • Manage salary survey participation process.
  • Partner with other team members to provide compensation support and recommendations as needed.
  • Perform periodic audits to ensure data accuracy
  • Participate in reviewing, testing, and implementing current and new HR systems
  • Lead or participate in other compensation-related projects and activities.

    What we're looking for :

  • 3+ years of compensation-related experience, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Experience in job analysis, benchmarking, and market pricing.
  • Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills, with the ability to identify patterns and develop recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner and work cross-functionally.
  • Experience supporting and working with internal partners to support business processes.
  • Global experience is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of compensation planning systems is highly preferred
  • CCP certification preferred
