Initiatives which can contribute in betterment of overall HSE environment of the organization Promotion of HSE socialization in his team and peers so that HSE is inculcated in the behavior of his team and peers Contribution to Six sigma program in form of different projects

Achievement of Sales plan for his area

Effective dealer network management

Analytical support to ZMM and zonal team if required

Effective sales projections and inventory management at area level while coordinating the same with distribution department

Stewardship of Area market shares in all products as per strategy

Provide market intelligence to his supervisor and sales HO

Proper placement of POs / merchandising material Development of area plans based on actual potential

Mentoring, training and supervision of direct reports
