Engro is looking for a Regional Sales Manager in it's Crop Science Department in Commercial Division. The incumbent should have sound knowledge of Agriculture and relevant experience in Crops and working on field.
Education : Bachelors / Masters in Agronomy, Soil Sciences or Entomology.
Experience : 4+ years of relevant experience
Location : Daharki
Travel : requires extensive travel
Key responsibilities include :
Build market share and increase penetration level in the targeted segments across the region by achieving crop-wise, product and value wise sales.
Effective implementation of commercial policies and procedures.
Effective management of Dealers across the region.
Monitoring & reporting of competitor’s activities including their sales in various markets and sub-markets.
Undertake collection of Market Intelligence for the region with inputs from sales force, crop marketing team and develop the forecasts for the next 12 months
Effective stakeholder management
Act as a local liaison for all issues related to operations and customer related issues / disputes for the region
Measure sales force performance and develop corrective / improvement actions in the region.
Support ZSM to map knowledge and skill set of sales force against current and future customer allocation and product portfolio.
Coaching, role modeling and monitoring of direct reports for field promotion and sales activities.
Proactively support the new product introduction process.
Effectively handle customer complaints
