ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Support the process of market and consumer insight generation in the End Market and support the management of the marketing insights and information platform to drive business towards consumer centricity.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Gather and assess market information, generating consumer insights on market trends and business opportunities.
Prepare, effectively analyze, and report the key company performance indicators in a timely manner.
Support Manager in managing marketing insights and information platform to drive business towards consumer centricity.
Exhibit leadership when engaging with key stakeholders through behaviors and attitudes which are in line with the Guiding Principles in engagement with key stakeholders to drive efficiencies and a positive working culture which reinforces the winning mentality.
Ensure that all relevant marketing information is available to meet company business needs and that this is effectively communicated to the Management Team through weekly and monthly reporting.
Ensures effective relations within the SP&I team and cross functional networking to ensure gathering and effective analysis of information.
Identify and propose improvement opportunities in current process to enhance the effectiveness of the generation of market / industry and consumer insights.
Continuously strive to improve current tools and methodologies to improve analysis of information.

Do you have strong analytical skill?
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
At least 2-3 years of work experience
Good knowledge in Excel Spreadsheet and Powerpoint software.
Strong analytical focus to be able to identify the right information source to gather information.
Display leadership qualities.
High integrity and honesty.
Competent speaking and writing skill in English
Basic project management skills
Consumer marketing experience
Shared Service experience
