As a Product Ops Specialist for the platform, this role would require strong collaboration across
various teams and be the focal point for all stakeholders nearly in all functions for all vendor
facing platforms. In this role, you will be responsible to bring local insights to the regional
product team. In addition, you will help to shape pragmatic solutions that solve local
problems through resolving bugs, feature enhancement and automating processes.
Investigate and triage bug reports with effective follow ups leading to timely

At Least 2-3 years of experience in a tech related role
CS background with good data crunching skills
