We are looking for a swiss army knife-esque, ready to dive in - Associate Producer to who will join our obsession of "Making life simpler for artists" and share his / her hard earned expertise to help us create amazing tools for our users.

We are picturing someone who can ease communication across the team, facilitate cross-functional workflow-dependencies and risks, and help the team hit their development goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the design, development, sales and marketing departments and keeping them informed of issues and needs
  • Work directly with department leads to support priorities as needed
  • Help track feature requests
  • Coordinate and facilitate tasks required for releases
  • Help create development tasks plan based on dependency and priority
  • Facilitate execution of release plans by resolving dependencies and removing obstacles in achieving release cycle goals
  • Coordinate with different stake holders to get input / feedback where development is blocked
  • Coordinate with sub contractors for task specification, execution and delivery
  • Identify and help resolve team issues
  • Combat inertia, act as a force to keep moving things forward
  • Constantly evaluate and iterate on improving production and development processes
  • Experience and skill requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Management or similar domain
  • Experience in working with geographically dispersed, multi-cultural teams will be a big plus
  • Understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed project plans and specifications, perform resource allocation and run team meetings
  • Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and minimum supervision
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Superb written and communications skills
  • A ferocious appetite to research in uncharted domains
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and experience as a self-starter in taking on projects
  • Time management skills to coordinate multiple projects
  • Effective communication with in-house and outside client partners
