As Growth Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a relationship with the Vendors and ensure growth and business optimization.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and develop long-term relationships with key partners and be the liaison between the vendor and the internal stakeholders.
  • Ensuring menus are fully optimized; DLP and DLD at 100% and vendor customizing offers are per the trade zone.
  • Manage WoW order growth through regular vendor performance management
  • Ensure MoM growth in GMV at both, Kitchens and Concepts with right sales and deals mix
  • Assist Operations team in performance measurement for fail rate, offline hours, delivery time and other key metrics, ensuring the vendors’ operations are fully optimized.
  • Identify opportunities to develop and improve solutions and strengthen the overall vendor experience and bring changes where necessary.
  • Develop KPI dashboards, reports and presentations to set up monthly targets to achieve MoM business goals.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities. Recommend solutions across the complex range of products and processes.
  • Requirements :

  • 5+ years of working experience with a Bachelors / Masters degree
  • Proficient in MS Office, Tableau, Power BI
  • Strong communication, presentation and organization skills
  • Ability to reduce complex and complicated information into clear ideas
  • Bias toward action and constant push for clarity and execution
  • High-growth operations or startup experience is strongly preferred
  • Superior persuasion and influencing skills to get the job done
  • Excellent stakeholder management, consensus building and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Experience working within the technology industry / start-up environment is a plus
