About the Job :

As an Office Manager you will be expected to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role will be to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and safety.

Responsibilities :

  • Handling employees’ grievances proactively.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Working with accounting and management team for processing payroll and other expenses.
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting official events, meetings, conferences, One on One sessions, orientations and bank account activities
  • Vendor management, Facility maintenance
  • Submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures and Bookkeeping monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
  • Providing supplies by identifying needs for the respective department and acquiring approval for invoices / purchases.
  • Overall Office Management and any other task assigned by Management.
  • Identify improvement areas internally as well as perform closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions.
  • Identify and implement continuously enhance efficiencies associated with vendor management plus produce fulfilment.
  • Qualifications :

  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
  • Proficient in MS Office & google sheets
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with can do attitude
