About the Job :
As an Office Manager you will be expected to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role will be to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and safety.
Handling employees’ grievances proactively.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
Working with accounting and management team for processing payroll and other expenses.
Planning, scheduling, and promoting official events, meetings, conferences, One on One sessions, orientations and bank account activities
Vendor management, Facility maintenance
Submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures and Bookkeeping monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
Providing supplies by identifying needs for the respective department and acquiring approval for invoices / purchases.
Overall Office Management and any other task assigned by Management.
Identify improvement areas internally as well as perform closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions.
Identify and implement continuously enhance efficiencies associated with vendor management plus produce fulfilment.
In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
Proficient in MS Office & google sheets
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
A team player with can do attitude
