Who are we looking for?

360training is seeking a Digital Content Developer for a 6 month temporary contract job, building out digital e-Learning courses on 360training’s proprietary LCMS.

The Digital Content Developer will be responsible for developing multimedia rich e-learning courses, ensuring alignment with best practices, industry regulations, and 360training.

com standards. This position requires the Digital Content Developer to create a MS Word course template, adhering to specific styling and header requirements, that will be imported into the 360training LCMS.

Once imported, the Digital Content Developer will execute the complete development of the online course, including :

  • Insertion of media and images
  • Creation of associated assessment question and answer banks
  • Lesson page styling and formatting, as needed
  • Quality assurance (online review) of the finished course on 360training’s staging server.
  • Key Job Functions and Responsibilities :

  • You will be provided with 2 weeks of training by a 360training Content Developer, who will teach you how to import a course document, work within the LCMS to build the course and review your work on the staging server.
  • You will be assigned a list of courses that you must create, each one varying from 4 to 45 hours in length. Each course that is assigned to you will have both a midway and final completion deadline.
  • Although you will be primarily working on a single course at a time, you may be required to work on multiple courses and development tasks simultaneously.
  • You will report your progress to your supervisor at the end of the week.
  • Payment will be based upon your completion of each milestone for each individual course (midway and completion). The milestone deadlines for each course will be established prior to you initiating the work.
  • Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in any Discipline.
  • Fresh graduates can apply but people with 1-2 years of experience in data entry, content development, will be given preference.
  • Intermediate knowledge of web-based applications and tools.
  • Intermediate listening skills in English language in American accent.
  • Intermediate knowledgeable in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, and motivated to succeed.
  • Able to solve problems independently or with a team.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet rigorous deadlines.
  • Must be available to work US work hours in the evening and night shifts of Manila time.
