Your Role :

  • Assist in the provision of corporate secretarial services to clients based in foreign jurisdictions.
  • Take ownership of Document management process including collection, renaming and storing of relevant documents in the central repository, updating trackers on a timely basis.
  • Participate in knowledge transfer activities and ensure smooth and seamless transition to Pune Hyderabad office.
  • Prepare legal documents for all stages of company lifecycle, i.e. from company incorporation through to dissolution, for clients worldwide in accordance to legal requirements with agreed deadlines.
  • Prepare / update Corporate structure charts of client structures serviced by Citco.
  • Preparation of minutes of Board meetings / AGM / EGM.
  • Perform and / or monitor statutory filings / compliances with local authorities.
  • Coordinate with business partners, clients and colleagues worldwide in order to gather information and / or documentation required to carry out assignments.
  • Review work of the Cosec team to ensure output is in accordance with client standards.
  • Preparation / UpdationUpdating of various reports related to utilization, trackers, taking corrective actions when needed and ensure deadlines are met and KPI’s are in good shape.
  • Team Management and appraisals.
  • Act as an SME and take active participation in global / local projects.
  • Relationship building with all the stakeholders and effective collaboration with onshore colleagues.
  • About You :

  • You are a Company Secretary(must) or have a degree in Law (preferred).
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • You are flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills.
