Position Summary The incumbent provides planning and technical support for the implementation, installation, configuration, security, and maintenance of computer hardware, software and networking in a diverse computing environment. Responsibilities
Manages IT resources in a Windows, Mac and Linux environment that includes installation, configuration and maintenance of servers, desktops / laptops, printers and mobile devices.
Provides end user support and response to user service requests.
Develop applications following the Software Development Life Cycle process of development, testing, deployment and monitoring.
Provides IT support for database, web, license, ticketing, file and print servers.
Manages OS imaging / deployment and configuration management systems. Write scripts to automate tasks.
A / V systems maintenance and support
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering-related field is required.
A minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in system administration.
Candidate must have knowledge in troubleshooting, networking, security, DNS, DHCP, NFS, CIFS / SMB and RAID.
Candidate must have knowledge in scripting and programming.
Candidate must have ability to learn quickly.
Candidate must be reliable and meticulous in tasks
