  • Creating new processes and SOP s for different verticals (Salesforce)
  • Improving existing Processes according to the business need (Salesforce)
  • Data Cleanup to ensure all business processes can refer to an accurate source(Salesforce)
  • Creating Dashboards and reports to improve visibility for relevant stakeholders(Salesforce)
  • Improving Existing Dashboards and reports for accurate Data tracking(Salesforce)
  • Overlooking Data related to Cases which will improve visibility so improve vendor experience(Salesforce)
  • Aligning with the regional team for any new developments and / or Business requests to improve the Software experience(Salesforce)
  • Training relevant teams regarding the relevant or any new processes (Salesforce)
  • Assisting relevant teams regarding their queries and resolving them (Salesforce)
  • Mass uploading changes if required (Salesforce)
  • Leading the QA sales team and overlooking / improving the overall TAT times
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in any of the relevant fields.
  • Must be at least a Bachelor’s from a reputed university. Masters will be preferred.
  • Must have good analytical skills.
  • Excellent English comprehension skills
  • Excel is a must
  • Proficient is Microsoft Office and Google Equivilent.
  • Proficient in Salesforce (CRM Software)
