Job purpose : The job purpose is to ensure the following : Establish, maintain and develop the company’s presence in the software development sector and extend our US market reach through expert discovery while retaining the existing clients by providing exclusive customer service to gain customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities : Sales Management : Conduct one to one meeting with clients to understand their needs and suggest them technical features and modules.

Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.Staying up-to-date on the latest processes and lead generation trends to grab clients from different mediums.

  • Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunitiesTake a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnershipDevelop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integrationAssist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goalsMotivate the team, track performance, and report metricsDaily and Monthly ResponsibilitiesMonitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategyManage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sourcesGenerate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals inline with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logisticsDevelop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the companySupport deal structure and pricing with business value analysis;
  • negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposalsMaintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations can work during pacific time zone.

  • Can communicate ideas clearly and succinctly through writingStrong attention to detail.Solid experience with CRM software (e.

    g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgetingProven ability to plan and manage resourcesSuccessful track record in B2B software sales and negotiationWork with quarterly targets and quotas#Bonus PointsA proven business development background (i.
