This role is part of Business Transformation . You will require to support the solutioning of the company’s Strategic Road map.

Aligned with the Group Transformational agenda; we will expand scope and services portfolio beyond existing services for Finance and HR and unlock new growth opportunities in areas all areas of the business Marketing / Commercial Finance / Operations / R&D / etc.


  • Work with Transformation Lead to successfully transition markets into new Operating Model ensuring all tasks / aspects of the transition are well handled, consolidate and issues raised where project timelines are impacted.
  • Provide hands-on project management assistance and / or where required.
  • Experience in working with diverse teams and managing many partner requirements and expectations
  • Ensures that projects are proceeding according to timelines, meeting targets and expectations, and adhering to established operating parameters;
  • negotiates changes in project resources as vital to achieve objectives and timelines.

  • Prepares and monitors team’s and project cost to serve to lead spending within budgets.
  • Works with relevant partner to ensure the company acquires the insights it needs at the quality and granularity it requires for better planning and execution.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships
  • Drive continuous improvement culture within their area
  • Manage senior stakeholders to drive change, and ensure the ends of transformations

  • Do you have proven knowledge in Business Process Modelling, and organizational change.
  • Do you have experience in leading sophisticated, high risk projects to improve performance and deliver service?

  • To will be apart in a journey to deliver its full potential, numerous projects and initiatives will be carried out globally.
  • You will have the strategic participation in crafting up business strategies and to execute on transformation initiatives in the all functional areas.

  • Strong leadership experience motivating, mentoring and developing people
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and strong influencing skills
  • Rational decision making and problem-solving ability is important
  • Experience of identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement
  • An ability to work effectively with all levels of staff within the company and external parties
  • Ability to handle large volumes of information and present it in an accurate and relevant format
  • To work under pressure and keep to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
  • Proactively identify risks and issues and develop mitigation plans
  • Required skillset in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Minimum education required is bachelor’s degree holder.
