You should be working as a Technical Sales Specialist will be a part of the Electrification Business and Electrification Smart Power Business Line will be based in Karachi, Pakistan.
In this role, you will be responsible for Sales and Prescription of Low Voltage Products. Reporting to the Infrastructure and Transport Segment Sales Manager, you will be planning and implementing proactive promotional activities for the assigned target audience (consultants, design institutes, engineering, architect offices, authorities etc.
in order to create the market demand and need for the features or products. Building long term customer relationships and identify or develop sales opportunities by introducing, presenting and educating the target audience about ABB products and tools with main focus in Ability™, ATS solutions and System Pro E Power Enclosure.
Implementing proactive promotional and business development activities for the customer target group, including e.g. technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars and education material.
Achieving key targets (e.g. volume, price, and mix) for ABB Ability™, ATS solutions and System Pro E Power Enclosure and specification of ABB solutions.
Managing and drives education of the target audience by conducting and organizing appropriate training interventions.
Ensuring efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques and communicating details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy.
Specifying ABB products and solutions in the market establishing solid and trustable relations with EPCs and Consultants.
Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product system services offering, and align to provide a solution.
Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Assessing market trends, customers, competitors, industries, applications and analyses to identify and realize opportunities with existing and potential new customers within the target segment.
Feeding back to Line Manager on market trends, competitive landscape, market-pricing expectations, channel strategy and local conditions to win.
Identifying and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports collection and project management activities when needed.

A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in sales and prescription role for Low Voltage switchgear products. Working knowledge in Medium Voltage would be added advantage.
