You will ensure continued delivery of innovative, high quality Support content base to be utilized as Customer Knowledge repository online.
You will also work closely with the internal cross functional team to expand the content repository. What You’ll Do
Creating, updating, and maintaining the Help Center support articles.
Preparing well-structured drafts using our Content Management System.
Connect with Product & Engineering for creation of new Support articles.
Submit work to the Lead Technical Content Editor for reviews (input and approval).
Coordinate with marketing and design teams for illustrations required for Support articles.
Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
Perform data analysis to analyze trends and patterns of user traffic on Help Center.
Identify customers’ needs and gaps in content and recommend new topics.
Ensure all-around consistency in Support articles to maintain quality standards (style, fonts, images, and tone).
Research industry trends, tools, and implement them to produce high-quality Support content.
What We’re Looking For
Background of Computer Sciences, Engineering or similar degrees
Proven work experience of at least 3 year as Technical Content Writer, Business Analyst or similar roles
Familiarity with web applications as well as publications
Excellent writing and editing skills in English (portfolio of published articles required)
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress, Salesforce etc.)
Hands-on experience on Google Analytics
Ability to meet deadlines
