Job Purpose :

  • To lead functional marketing centrally, brand activities and growth to achieve the companys strategic objectives.
  • Build, grow and manage a rock star team of marketers across PK, KSA and Dubai including Brand, Channel, Offline and Creative teams
  • Develop brand strategy and plans to achieve desired brand objectives and business ambitions - manage retailo platforms and day to day functional marketing activities
  • Own the Retailo brand across the region and create deep connections with the communities we serve, which include customers, suppliers, investors and potential talent
  • Coordinate and excite internal and external functions and stakeholders for effective brand executions - collaborate with business functions for integrated, impact-driven campaigns
  • Implement and ensure the brand guidelines across all communications and touchpoints - manage market-wise localization while ensuring a coherent brand voice across the region
  • Ideate and drive effective content and communications across mediums and channels in line with brand image, company values and business needs
  • Efficient utilization, control and reporting of Marketing budget
  • Brief and work with internal and external creative and content teams to strike the right aesthetic, tonality and quality, delivering creative collateral on time
  • Ongoing research to derive consumer insights, monitor competition & market, and identify trends
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and initiatives, assess ROI and optimize
  • Requirements

  • The role requires exceptional team building management skills with deep knowledge of community attributes, local content, social media marketing, and event planning and organizational skills.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from a top tier university
  • 5+ years of relevant experience. B2B experience in a leading FMCG, Agency or relevant Tech company will be considered a plus
  • A very customer centric approach. Someone who can relate to a customer and can create a brand for them understanding their challenges and pain points.
  • Strong business acumen; structured thinker with project management skills and attention to detail
  • Good relationship management as you will engage with partners across several different functions as well as other central and country’s marketing colleagues, and external agencies in order to be successful
