Job Description
Item Recommendation Testing using recombee and develop new scenarios with the business team
To verify and understand requirements as well as coordinate activities with the business team
To test / check test use cases as well as verify any bugs or issues with the application and website and documenting them
To review, develop and execute project test plans to address user requirements.
To develop and execute test automations through Python
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology / any majors related to Artificial Intelligence
At least 3 years of prior experience with QA testing
At least 3 years Python programming experience
Exposure to CI / CD tooling, Docker, Jenkins, Splunk, BDD (optional)
Must have English writing and speaking skills
Must have a great understanding of testing methodologies
Proven experience with testing use case scenarios
Proven experience in Technical Documentation
Proven experience writing test cases against requirements and executing them in a timely manner
Experience recreating reported defects in testing environments, and verify if issues are fixed
Able to reported defects in testing environments, and verify if issues are fixed.
Able to monitor, manage and communicate with the business teams of any issues found
What to expect if you have been shortlisted for the role :
1. Technical Interview : You will be asked a few questions in a WhatsApp group chat set up for you with the recruitment team and if they are satisfied with your response, they will ask to have / schedule a 15 -60 minute WhatsApp group call where you will be asked a few technical questions as well as questions about your motivation for applying to the job.
2. Hackerrank test : You will be given a technical test and be expected to report back to the recruitment team on the WhatsApp group chat set up for you earlier.
3. Final Interview : Your test result will be evaluated and if you pass the test further discussions about the job will resume and you will be offered the role along with a start date.
