Job Description

Marketing Strategy and Execution :

  • Develop & deploy marketing initiatives for the brand AOP. Develop strategic direction and communication, (Thematic campaigns, grassroots activities, promotions)
  • Liaise with local and International Advertising and Media agencies for the development, execution and evaluation of advertising campaign and brand activities
  • Assist SMM in managing the Project related activities
  • Continuously monitor brand performance and competitor activities
  • Recommend & coordinate the execution of market research
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis for identification and reporting of business issues
  • Sales volume plan achievement for Mountain Dew and Mirinda
  • Assist SMM in brand budget management
  • Ensure that the audit / GCS process is properly implemented (be GCS compliant at all times)
  • Ensure suppliers are selected as per the GCS process and execute their duties as expected of them
  • Support SMM to Interact with : Bottler GMs & Sales Managers for Selling of Marketing ActivitiesFranchise Managers for co-coordinating activities & evaluationFinance Managers for budgeting, forecasting & control requirementCreative and Media / Digital agencies for program delivery
  • Work closely with BM 7up for a consolidated action plan on Flavors portfolio
  • Trade and Channel Development

  • Below the line support such as design and producing POS
  • Conduct regular market visits and keep the Franchise / Commercial team updated with
  • the learning’s

    Qualifications / Requirements

    Key Skills

  • MBA from a reputable local or international university (Majors in marketing)
  • Ability to plan and drive high importance agendas; develop, execute business strategies and plans
  • Planning & Organising (Multiple priority management)
  • Strong Communication, Persuasion, Influencing SKills
  • Driving for results
  • Must be skilled in analysis and problem solving and have excellent project and financial management skills
  • Creating an Inclusive Environment
  • Experience :

  • 5-6 years of relevant experience in FMCG
  • 2-3 years of brand management & PR
  • Above the line (ATL)
  • Brand management & PR
