JR3775 ServiceNow Program Scrum Master
The Program Scrum Master will work within the overall program and demand management process to governance to facilitate workflow and help ensure the flow of ServiceNow demand and requirements into delivery functions, help resolve program level impediments, and work with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders as needed.
The role will also support the Center of Excellence and help ensure overall delivery of ServiceNow products and services at Micron.

What you’ll do :
Work with the Product Owner and key members of the Program Team to support the overall delivery of the product backlog.
Assist the Product Owner and work with outside stakeholders in capturing and managing program demand requirements, priorities, risks, and dependencies between teams.
Help assess and validate proposed solutions to determine their viability and that they meet the organization’s roadmap.
Help create and manage the backlog as maintained in Azure DevOps and / or ServiceNow and ensure that Epics, Features, User Stories meet the Definition of Ready.
Facilitate program Governance Connect meetings with platform teams and track program level action items. May also facilitate other program Agile ceremonies.
Be accountable for development of project business case including cost / benefit, confidence, and business driver evaluation with necessary stakeholders when required.
Drive project task completion across capability delivery for Product Management
Act as a ScrumMaster for the program team and help manage program backlog items.
Work with the Platform Delivery Team to help schedule and decompose program demand into team backlog items.
Facilitate release scheduling in partnership with the platform team Scrum Masters and key leads. Help represent overall program priorities in scheduling at the team level and ensure that Sprint are ready on time.
Help ensure that Azure DevOps and other Program metrics and reporting is maintained, and the program Center of Excellence SharePoint site is updated as needed.
Assist Team Scrum Masters with impediment visibility and removal, and escalations as needed.
Help ensure agreed upon Agile principles and practices are understood and enacted and promote an Agile mindset.
Help enable continuous improvement by tracking program retrospective outcomes.

Understanding of lean principles, DevOps, and automated testing preferred
The ability to be transparent and have a positive attitude in a dynamic fast-paced, 24x7 work environment.
Working knowledge of ITIL Framework and adherence to ITIL principles.
The ability to manage multiple efforts concurrently
Active team participation and demonstrated teamwork and consensus building skills.
Must Have’s :
6-12 years of experience in IT industry; expect a self-starter and a servant leader mentality.
4-5 years hands-on Scrum Master / Coach / Agile Project Manager experience at a program and / or enterprise level in a large-scale Agile setting across both Scrum and Kanban practice sets.
Certified Scrum Master and other Scrum certification desired. Excellent knowledge and experience in actual participation required, leadership experience preferred.
Experience working with TFS / Azure DevOps or other similar tools, using agile planning boards, setting up dashboards, and User Story and Product Backlog management.
Strong written and verbal communication, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
Strong facilitation skills and techniques
Experience creating and managing documentation, communication, and internal SharePoint sites in business-relevant language.
Highly prefer 3-5 years’ experience working in ServiceNow across the supported application stack.
