The Senior Manager, Global Performance Management & Continuous Improvement will deliver project leadership in our performance management programs as well as managing and executing the design and improvement of strategic HR processes.

Purpose :

Reporting directly to HR Strategy & Planning Director in Afiniti’s Global HR organization, the Senior Manager’s mission is :

  • Establish effective performance management programs across Afiniti that will foster an accountability and ownership culture within the company;
  • Provide formal program management support for the ongoing projects of Afiniti’s HR Strategy & Planning team including the optimization of our people management processes

    Identify and execute on continuous improvement opportunities across the HR function, in collaboration with all HR verticals

    Key Responsibilities Performance Management Program Design

  • Develop an effective performance management program in line with Afiniti’s needs which will deliver personal individual growth for employees
  • Design a performance management process in which SMART goals are set and cascaded to the lowest level of the organization to align with Afiniti’s objectives & strategies
  • Ensure that proper and timely feedback is provided to employees via setting the right set of tools and processes
  • Ensure performance management process is designed on user-friendly, automated tools and systems to improve employee participation rates to the highest level
  • Ensure targeted communication and capacity-building programs in the performance management process to enable managers to effectively evaluate and measure individual and team performance and to optimize performance and productivity
  • Host workshops and targeted improvement events to help teams quickly achieve understanding of the performance management process and follow a Plan Do Check Act methodology to lead the process through issues, roadblocks, and problems
  • Provide guidance to business leaders and employees and other HR staff on the execution of the performance management process
  • HR Continuous Improvement

  • Understand current state in terms of end-to-end HR processes and HR activities and do a gap analysis for business requirements from a human resource management perspective
  • Working in collaboration with all HR verticals, thoroughly review the nature of our HR work and identify solutions for streamlining, simplification, and improvement
  • Based on the required future-state HR process and solutions, evaluate and identify improvements in Afiniti’s HR processes and technology.
  • Develop the communication, training, and adoption strategy to support change management in the organization.
  • Experience and Skill Set

  • Have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Management with a focus in performance management programs and knowledge of best practices
  • Have extensive global project management experience in multinational companies
  • Must be able to understand end-to-end HR process and workflows in order to drive continuous improvement of HR processes and technological implementation
  • Experience with large-scale corporate HRIS implementation and process development is desirable
  • Ability to influence without authority in a multi-disciplinary matrixed environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced team environment and manage / drive multiple requests to successful completion in a prompt and professional manner while communicating issue / status to appropriate stakeholders
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience as an effective change agent within an organization
  • Results-oriented individual with a can-do attitude and growth mindset
  • High analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • The ability to develop quick rapport and functional relationships with a culturally diverse, global team.
  • A passion for people and an aptitude to maintain a positive tone in a highly demanding work environment
  • Advanced level of English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, with focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred
