We are currently looking for an Assistant Media Planner Digital (Performance) to join us. In this role, you will be working on an extremely challenging yet highly motivating environment.
You will work closely with the Performance Team to help and assist them devise digital strategies for a portfolio of brands.

In this role, your goals will be :
In three months :
To learn & understand different channel performance across search and social.
Assist performance team in data mining, analyzing and strategizing the way forward for digital spends across Search & Ecommerce.
Assist performance team to optimize and implement best practice process and ways of working with different eTailors & Client.
Gain the trust and respect of local vendors / eTailors / client.
In six months :
Marked improvement in performance results
Demonstrate an understanding of the impact of each channel on performance
Ensure smooth operation between local vendors and client hub
In 12 months :
Create & execute a pipeline of exciting optimization ideas to devise better ways of working across local vendors / eTailors & Client hub.
More control over performance operations across all channels, all markets
Showcase digital work done for awards.
What your day job looks like at Mindshare :
Deliver digital performance results while constantly improving
Assist in developing media plans and ensure they are entered on all relevant platforms including deployment and finance.
Assist in deploying aligned plans and monitor campaigns in order to ensure KPI delivery.
Manage releases and ensure records are up to date on all platforms.
Manage day-to-day team communication, expectations, and deliverables.
Coordinate with performance team for execution as and when required.
Work closely with the client throughout entire program to maintain performance and resolve any performance issues.

Minimum qualifications :
Google Certified, (otherwise will need to be certified before the end of probation).
Minimum 1 years experience in digital planning / performance / media.
Must be a BBA / MBA from a reputable university of equivalent.
