Responsibilities

  • Promotes and sells Medtronic's productsand services within an assigned geographic area and / or specific customeraccounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Responsible for developing, building, andstrengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributorsand healthcare professionals.
  • Responsible for pursuing leads, assessingneeds and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived fromMedtronic's products and / or services.
  • Promotes and establishes education of thecompany's products and / or services.
  • Conducts market research includingcustomers and competitors’ activities.
  • Implements market developmentplans / strategies and changes as needed.
  • Communicates customer feedback on newproducts and / or modifications to existing products or applications to internalstakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
  • Must Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree is minimum required, ideally coupled with postgraduate degree in business management will be preferred.
  • Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in Medical Devices industry is required with an introductory knowledge of company products and services.
  • Able to build and manage strong relationship at all levels in Medtronic and work in a matrix business environment.
  • Prior sales and marketing experience in a multinational or in a scalable local company
  • Excellent communication skills (English) and Excellent Presentation Skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Prior Surgical business and clinical experience will be preferred.
  • Nice to Haves

  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • A valid driving license, be an active driver & free to travel to the related region
