Promotes and sells Medtronic's productsand services within an assigned geographic area and / or specific customeraccounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsible for developing, building, andstrengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributorsand healthcare professionals.
Responsible for pursuing leads, assessingneeds and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived fromMedtronic's products and / or services.
Promotes and establishes education of thecompany's products and / or services.
Conducts market research includingcustomers and competitors’ activities.
Implements market developmentplans / strategies and changes as needed.
Communicates customer feedback on newproducts and / or modifications to existing products or applications to internalstakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
Bachelor's Degree is minimum required, ideally coupled with postgraduate degree in business management will be preferred.
Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in Medical Devices industry is required with an introductory knowledge of company products and services.
Able to build and manage strong relationship at all levels in Medtronic and work in a matrix business environment.
Prior sales and marketing experience in a multinational or in a scalable local company
Excellent communication skills (English) and Excellent Presentation Skills
Strong Analytical Skills
Prior Surgical business and clinical experience will be preferred.
