We are currently looking for aSenior Search Manager with demonstrated success in managing large scale SEM campaigns. You will work directly with one of Mindshare’ biggest clients and be responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of all SEM activity.

Measures of success
In three months, you would have :
Started to build relationships with the key stakeholders both at the client and within Mindshare
Consistently hitting the clients SEM KPIs
Developing new opportunities for the client
In six months, you would have :
Become a trusted advisor to your clients on all things search.
Build strong relationships both internally and externally with key partners such as Google, Yahoo, Bing and Aliexpress.
In 12 months, you would have :
Conducted and presented the major annual SEM review to client
Driven overall increase in SEM ROI
What your day job looks like at Mindshare :
Manage and drive the client’s strategy and campaigns while achieving the clients’ goals as efficiently as possible.
Build a strong relationship with each of their clients through regular correspondence and one-to-one monthly meetings with all clients.
Devise the campaign strategy and delegate the implementation to the team.
Drive holistic growth of clients campaigns via introduction of new products, cross selling other products from the Mindshare product offering as well as working closely with the Mindshare Consult teams as required.
Demonstrates innovation, pioneers new approaches and ideas for the paid search department while keeping abreast of the changing search marketing landscape.
Management of allocated team members including : mentoring, 1-2-1 meetings, bi-annual reviews, performance management.
What you’ll bring :
Experience with web analytics packages and data analysis.
GCP (Google Certified) qualified individual for Fundamental Search & Advanced Search;
Knowledge of Agile Marketing methods.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, especially with cross-disciplinary efforts.
Proven ability to take initiative, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple streams of work.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task in high pressure situations.
Minimum qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least a Master’s degree in Business Administration, or Marketing.
4 to 6 years exposure to Search Marketing, Campaign Management Technologies and exposure to competitor analysis tools.
