Job Description :

Managing reporting, administrative and taxation issues of retirement funds with the support of service providers. Prepare and disburse Provident, DC Pension and Gratuity fund contribution on timely basis.

Respond to queries from employees regarding their provident fund balance, withdrawals, outstanding loans, profit distributions etc.

Prepare and disburse final settlements, annual profit, inter-fund adjustments, current account clearance and withdrawal applications of employees on timely basis as per the prevailing rules.

Raising liquidity of the funds for various payments with the investment advisor as per the timelinesPrepare a monthly reconciliation of all the GL accounts in SAP and bank accountsResponsible for Annual Audit of the funds on end-to-end basisResponsible for obtaining tax exemption certificates on timely basisResponsible to liaise with various stakeholders on meeting statutory compliances (tax returns, tax withholding statements, SECP bi-annual compliance, etc.

of the fundsResponsible for leading funding valuation and actuarial valuation of the funds with the actuary and finance department, and thereafter updating the adjustments in the funds accordingly.

Responsible for updating withdrawals, profit, inducting new joiners and other adjustments in payroll on monthly basisAmending Trust Deeds clauses & rules as per the prevailing law and obtaining approval from the relevant regulatory body on such amendments.

Supporting the external / internal audits which would be led by the pension fund manager.Updating Shell Pakistan’s policy in accordance with the current practice and prevailing laws
