Company Overview The International HR Coordinator functions as the primary administrative and transactional support for the Milestone HR team and is responsible for delivering HR Operations results across multiple client accounts and locations around the world (1700+ employees and growing). How You Will Make An Impact

  • Maintain all International HR-related data transactions, documenting all types of status changes throughout the employee lifecycle on a timely basis.
  • Includes service request tickets, manager requests, terminations, contract staff, transfers, promotions, pay changes
  • Respond / route HR service tickets and timely escalation of tickets
  • Proactively manage new hire onboarding and termination offboarding processes, data entry into HRIS, sending notifications to other departments, etc.
  • Audit and make corrections for maintaining accurate and complete HRIS data
  • Develop, document, update, and / or maintain HR administrative process and procedures. Participate in ongoing process improvements.
  • Maintain employee master files.
  • Administer and / or update HR programs such as Employee Referral, Tuition Reimbursement, Compliance training, online learning, and various vendor databases.
  • Escalate and / or route questions to appropriate HR team members.
  • Compile New Hire and Exit Interview Survey reporting.
  • Produce ad hoc and standard reports from human resource data sources.
  • What You Will Need To Succeed

  • Work hours Ability to attend global HR Operations and HR team meetings, participate in team projects and assignments outside of standard business hours
  • Education and Specific Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
  • Knowledge of fundamental HR concepts and legal environment that drives the development of HR and company policies
  • Exposure to talent management and payroll practices
  • Working knowledge of US HR practices, transactions is a plus

  • Demonstrated proactivity to address routine tasks and follow-through on assignments without reminders
  • Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload

  • Prior experience using a human resource system database entering data, producing reports, cleaning data fields, and
  • Strong Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills
  • Very high level of ethical judgment, reflected in trust and confidentiality
