To apply project management in compliance with lean methodologies to ensure controlled + structured implementations, as well as assisting in planning + execution of project tasks.
Your Responsibilities
Managing the training function by working closely with department managers + supervisors to identify training requirements, developing plans for training new + existing employees.
To provide operational systems + general business field training to new users with effective training techniques + high quality documentation.
This includes conducting online training + live training.
To administer assessments to determine the effectiveness of training strategies.
To create high quality training material as per KN standards using available digital platforms / technology as determined by the company.
To strive for productivity increases through automation + optimization of operational processes to ensure better quality + customer satisfaction in alignment with corporate strategy.
To find solutions + seek opportunities for the organization that will further operational + strategic goals.
Develop Java-based / ASP.net customer facing web products Your Skills and Experiences.
Your Skills and Experiences
Minimum of one years in software development, you have experience with environment and tools like Visual Studio , Eclipse , SQL Server Crystal reporting etc.
Strong expertise in Java or Asp.net and Junit.
A plus for us is also your knowledge in Spring, JPA / Hibernate and SQL technologies.
Core Java skills knowledge of Java and Java Script (client and web server and HTML)
Practical experience in software development with Java / ASP.NET
Front-end web development knowledge especially of JavaScript, Angular or Vue.js is a benefit
Fluent written and spoken English
Certifications like Six Sigma, Project management etc.
Advance MS Office skills
Minimum graduate, but masters will be preferred.
