We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Manager - Expansions (Homechefs) to join our growing Homechefs team in Pakistan.

The role is based in Karachi, Pakistan and will report directly to Head of Channel Development.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for strategically planning and managing the growth of Homechefs vertical
  • Ensure smooth execution and launch of the city and meet goals along with the expansion team
  • Build and drive a high-performing mobile strike team to explore the dynamics of the city and populate it
  • Plan and achieve short term and long term goals for expansion, identify and analyze opportunities for growth
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements of existing cities
  • Create and implement a business expansion strategy road-map and lead cross-functional execution against defined business milestones and metrics
  • Able to build report and provide a complete analysis on vendors before city launch
  • Keep a close eye on commercial, operational, and marketing KPIs; step in when certain metrics need improvement
  • What we are looking for :

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration or relevant
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in project management or similar role
  • Owned revenue and / or BD goals in prior roles
  • Team-oriented and detail-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent partner management, business communication, and relationship building skills
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
  • Prior experience in start-up is preferred
