    We are looking for a reliable Finance Associate that will analyze day-to-day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.

    The goal is to enable the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives.

    Responsibilities :

  • Preparing operating budget, financial statements, and reports
  • Approving purchases
  • Managing accounting records
  • Preparing bank account reconciliation
  • Preparing payroll documents
  • Offering advice on fiscal procedures
  • Assisting with audits, reviews and tax preparation
  • Identifying and advising on new investment opportunities
  • Advising managers and internal departments
  • Implementing procedures to improve financial and business processes
  • Documenting financial processes
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
  • Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
  • Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
  • Requirements :

  • 1-2 years of proven experience as a Finance Associate
  • Experience in the finance sector with previous roles finance assistant or finance associate
  • Extensive understanding of finance and accounting trends both within the company and general market patterns
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in financial manager software, such as quickbooks, odoo, or other related software.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting standards, fiscal procedures, and applicable tax codes (IAS, IFRS)
  • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or in related field
  • Availability to work in Pacific hours 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm
