We are currently looking for an energetic individual to join our Homechefs Sales team as a Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities :

  • Be a valuable addition to the City’s Sales Team and onboard Home Chefs on foodpanda.
  • Training, Monitoring & Evaluation of onboarded vendors to maintain their health.
  • Managing inventory and making sure the inventory is optimized on Sales Force , live and growing order wise during the first 30 day incubation.
  • Daily Monitoring of the onboarded Home chefs and making fixtures in coordination with cross-functional teams for their day to day issues.
  • Coordinate with operational teams to make sure Home chefs are timely activated with correct deals, DLP & DLD.
  • Following are the KPIs for BDM :

  • Daily Pitch Sales Call.
  • Daily Health Calls.
  • Keeping onboarded vendors operational hours greater than 8 per day & 6 days a week.
  • Keeping zero order vendors to less than 5% of total inventory.
  • Order growth calls & Deals.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Must Be willing to work in the Field
  • Fluency in English & Urdu is a must
  • Should be a natural hustler
  • High degree of emotional intelligence
  • Highly adaptable to a quickly changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point, Word.
