Job Responsibility :
Responsible for, but not limited to the below :
Monitoring and ensuring smooth operations for merchants and partners.
Collaborate with Sales & Account Management teams on a daily basis for reporting, planning and ad-hoc requests
Manage Merchant relationships and ensure real-time resolution of complaints and escalations
Taking ownership of execution of all process design to grow business and performance initiatives
Passionately representing Careem and and standing up for the values we believe in
Desired Candidate Qualifications :
0-1 years of experience
Excellent communication skills over phone and meetings (both English & Urdu)
Proficiency in Microsoft office and similar software tools
Managing multiple cities and dealing successfully with important clients
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadline
Must be process oriented and a logical thinker with a good attention to details
Passionate about learning new technologies
Should be a team player, working alongside people from all walks of life
