Job Brief
We are looking for Sales & Lead Generation Professionals from an IT services sales background, who will be responsible for driving sales of Software/App development services. The ideal candidate would Codevative in the market and will build relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business for software/app development as service.
- Sell Team Augmentation, Managed Services and Testing Services (QA) deals to large organizations.
- Develop and manage a full sales lifecycle from lead generation, proposal presentation to closing clients and further farming the account.
- Develop and execute a lead generation plan that generates leads for the sales team via various online marketing channels.
- Assist with lead generation programs, including refinement of lead database, telephoning companies to mine information, and general database building and maintenance.
- Continuous improvement of customer relationship management.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent understanding of IT services business in North America (US & Canada) with existing client relationships.
- Experience of selling Application Development and Maintenance in the past would be an added advantage.
- Prior experience of working in offshore outsourcing preferred.
