Job summary
At Amazon Web Services (AWS), we’re building out our Resiliency teams within Professional Services to help our customers plan, build and mature their ability to ensure their production environments and applications running on AWS meet their intended business outcomes and are resilient.
As a Sr. Reliability Lead you will have the opportunity to assist enterprise level customers in creating a resilient ongoing run function for their cloud environment, by leveraging automation, production KPIs, predictive analytics, and AI / ML.
In this role, you will help customers to increase their resiliency posture in architecture, operations and testing.
Additionally, in this role you will have the opportunity to partner with our customer’s development, SRE, operations, change, and service management teams to identify, define, and build the expected operational resiliency.
Additionally, as a Senior Reliability Lead your team focuses on and sets best practices, direction, and drives resiliency for the most critical workloads.
This team will be responsible for defining & driving proactive consulting engagements for our customers most demanding workloads.

For employees based in Colorado, this position starts at $153,600.00 per year. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
The pay range for this position in New York City is $169,000 - $228,600 / yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
