  • Work with operations and business intelligence teams to perform analysis of assets including asset utilization, overall equipment effectiveness and operating conditions, reliability and asset costs.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to improve usage and use of equipment.
  • Identify and initiate in redeployment of redundant equipment to best fit customer’s equipment requirements.
  • Provide technical support and coaching on reliability centered maintenance principles service teams and technical personnel.
  • Gather statistical data to support reliability predictions that form part of preventative plans.
  • Collaboration with other support teams to provide input to risk management plan.
  • Test methodologies designed to identify and isolate reliability problems on equipment.
  • Liaise with Third Party Vendors and Original Equipment Manufacturers to ensure understanding of new technology and installation of new equipment best supports customer requirements.
  • Continuously review the maintenance, validation and qualification strategies for each group of assets
  • Review life cycle asset management (LCAM) information against scientific equipment criticality with key stakeholders.
  • Consult with key stakeholders to ensure data is accurate.
  • Collate downtime reports from Client systems and utilise SAVi data to prioritize actions.
  • Ensure asset maintenance costs are captured accurately.
  • Identify savings opportunities for maintenance activities.
  • Review strategy and results to ensure success of actions implemented.
  • Cover multiple sites of all regions in Pakistan.
  • Expectation to visit all sites as a minimum on a monthly basis.

  • Experience Required :

  • Extensive experience working in a technical reliability role or similar.
  • Engineering or Science related Degree or relevant five years of experience in the sector.
  • Multi skilled engineering background.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of maintenance processes and tools used to analyse and manage asset reliability.
  • Ability to read, understand and sketch technical drawings (machine and process) and literature.
  • Sound knowledge and experience of Environmental, Health & Safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Very strong analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to break down and solve complex problems.
  • PC literate - advanced IT skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and / or projects simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work to own initiative and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Robust and assertive attitude towards achieving results and motivating team members.
  • High customer focus.
  • Confident approach.
