Responsibilities : · Execute the recruitment process for assigned segment by partnering with business and ensure that the process are in line with the bank’s policy.
Support the stakeholders in identifying candidates with required competencies within prescribed timelines to further strengthen the quality based hiring.
Assist in identifying gaps for vacant positions in the assigned areas and work with stakeholders for efficient and uninterrupted operations.
Negotiate compensation package with incumbents and ensure that compensation are in line with current package, qualification and experience / skillset to maintain the internal parity and being market competitive at the same time.
To ensure effective monitoring of hiring cases and share the hiring tracker with stakeholders on weekly basis to keep them updated.
To ensure complete hiring documentation for all hiring cases before issuance of offer letter in compliance with the bank’s HR Policy to mitigate the risk.
Serve as a contact point for recruitment related matters between back end HR functions / departments and business line management in designated segments for smooth functioning.
Carry out special project / assignment as directed by the line management and ensure completion of the project / assignment with in given time frame.
Assist business support associates on recruitment policies / procedures and HCM functionality for smooth functioning of recruitment process.
