The Position :
Enspire for Enterprise is hiring a Digital Marketing Data Analyst with an innate enthusiasm for data, analytics, reporting and data tracking in the field of advertising / digital marketing.
The successful hire develops insightful reports, analyze data effectively communicate recommendations based on the analysis.
The successful hire will understand digital marketing key metrics and will be able to turn data into insights to enable the Enspire team to deliver best in class performance to customers.
The hire will be an essential member of our ability to deliver our value proposition and will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The following are the essential duties and responsibilities; other duties may be assigned.
Measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns (ROI, CBA, A / B Testing etc.), develop reports to rationalize the data and identify key developments (ROI, CBA, A / B Testing etc.)
Compile, analyze and deliver timely and accurate digital marketing performance reports to enable the Performance team to focus their efforts on the highest value campaign optimization actions.
Create data visualizations for performance reporting dashboards that allow users to quickly understand trends and make better decisions or drill down for further analysis.
Analyze performance of customer digital marketing programs and prepare Client Success team for monthly and quarterly business reviews with clients.
Create accurate and timely standardized and custom digital marketing performance reports for Client Success team, Performance and for clients.
Measure and report on digital marketing and client information datasets.
Manage ad-hoc requests and analyze digital marketing data for key findings and strategic changes.
Define new process improvement opportunities.
Communicate analysis with a focus on helping make better, faster decisions.
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.
BS in Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Marketing or similar.
3+ years in SEM campaign management and Google Analytics.
Familiarity with SEO, paid social and programmatic advertising a plus.
1+ year in data analysis.
Technical acumen regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Google Analytics
Some ETL and programming experience helpful.
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing data sets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.).
Adept at queries, analysis, report writing and presenting findings.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Salesforce.com experience is an asset.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and in writing.
Ability to meet deadlines, manage varied tasks and work with multiple departments to gather the data.
Expected Work Schedule : 4 : 00 PM - 1 : 00 AM Pakistan Time
