To plan, initiate and organize the marketing activities for assigned Company products in order to build strong brand awareness, maximize sales and increase market share.

Design innovative marketing strategies for promoting products and ensure their proper implementation.

  • Continuously work towards increasing market share by re-examining prevalent market trends and adapting to changing customer needs.
  • Proactively identify different market segments and develop innovative plans to establish leadership

    Marketing Excellence

  • Develop long and short-term business and marketing plans for products under assigned responsibility to meet market share and profit objectives
  • Ensure the development and implementation of launch and tactical marketing plans that are in line with the local business strategy and meet agreed budget
  • Initiate, build and maintain strong relations with key opinion leaders to get key insights of disease area of the assigned products
  • Conduct regular field visits and participate in symposiums, congresses and meetings in order to increase market presence for the company products
  • Network with the sales force in and outside the field in order to get their buy-in and feedback on product strategy
  • Collate feedback from the sales force that may affect performance of certain product and address any concerns
  • Plan and monitor marketing expenditure within agreed budgets and recommends action to correct any variance from the plan
  • Train and motivate sales professionals on assigned Company's products and assist sales management team in achieving targets
  • Liaise with Medical, Compliance and Communication to develop promotional materials content in compliance with Sanofi standards
  • Design market research and conduct data analysis to assess potential of certain products, and recommend action plans
  • Conduct competitive environment analysis in order to prepare counter plans for marketing the products and achieving targets
  • Prepare forecasting and P&L analysis of the assigned products
  • Maintain Compliance

  • Abide by the requirements of the internal Code of Ethics including but not restricted to maintaining high professional standards of conduct in line with the Company procedure with a duty of care to the reputation of the Company
  • Ethical Leadership

  • Takes personal accountability to use personal experience and knowledge, as well as the training and tools provided by Sanofi, to maintain a good knowledge and understanding of all ethics and governance relevant to the role (Sanofi Policies and Procedures and any relevant legal requirements) and demonstrate personal leadership in applying these to all work undertaken.
  • Escalates any decisions, or seek the support of colleagues or management if personal knowledge and understanding is not at the level required to carry out any part of the role

    To care for his / her own safety and wellbeing and the safety of others, and to co-operate with the company to ensure a safe place of work.

    Employees are therefore expected to :

  • Support and conform to Company safety rules and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy working environment
  • Report any accident, incident or near miss, whether it be of personal injury or property damage
  • Assist in the investigation of accidents with the objective of introducing measures to prevent recurrence
  • Thoroughly read all safety documentation issues by the Company and comply with its requirements. Escalate any doubts or uncertainties to their supervisor and / or manager.


  • Education Level
  • Bachelors or Masters. Preferably an MBA Degree.

  • Experience
  • Preferably 2 - 4 years' experience in the role of brand management

  • Skills & Requirements
  • Fluency in written and verbal communication (Urdu and English).

    Strong interpersonal and creativity skills.

    Energetic and enthusiastic.

    Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    Willing to travel extensively.

    Can work independently and take initiatives
