Responsibilities :

  • Community management across social media
  • Receives feedback from customers on the below channels :
  • foodpanda Facebook posts comments
  • foodpanda Facebook direct messages
  • Twitter mentions
  • Twitter direct messages
  • Proactively hunt for feedback and complaints on following channels :
  • Facebook food groups
  • Facebook reviews on foodpanda page
  • Create manual tickets on Zendesk
  • Requirements :

  • Candidate must be a graduate or undergraduate from a well-recognized University.
  • Candidate must be flexible enough to work in rotating shifts. (24 / 7 as per the requirement)
  • Having a prior experience of social media management or customer services is a plus point
  • Candidate must be fluent in english writing & verbal skills with efficient grip on grammar
  • The incumbent must be very creative in replying to the customers and shall possess qualities of coming up with strategic ways of compensating the customer.
