RESPONSIBILITIES : Provide feedback to PCC finance member regarding formation of Procurement strategy document. Vetting of RFPs / RFQs / Tender documents.

This includes checking of all commercial clauses and ensuring that they are in line with standard company practices / policies and also as per the strategy defined by the PCC.

As member of joint techno-commercial team participate in PCC meetings right from preparation of procurement strategy to finalization of award.

Attend bids opening meetings and ensure availability of the required documents with the respective bids. Based on nature of tender, analysis price composition of Equipment, Services, Civil Works, and Maintenance etc.

Calculate duties and taxes in case of CFR / CPT prices. Loading / off-loading over bids to make them at par for comparative analysis.

Price comparison with previous Contracts / tenders. Determining the lowest bid price of tender. Calculation of Total Cost of Ownership ( TCO ).

Provide working / basis for price negotiations with bidders and participation in the negotiation meetings. Vetting of MoM for facts and final recommendations / award.

Vetting of detailed final Price Schedule / BOQs Vetting of commercial clauses of Contracts / Amendments. Monitor and ensure cost saving measures are being taken in the procurement process.

Monitor and ensure compilation of guidelines and documents regarding procurement processes. Qualifications ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA : Qualification : Professional Degree in Business Administration(Finance) from a reputable HEC recognized institute.

Experience : 3-5 years of experience in related role, preferably in telecom industry.
