Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

About Mobile Networks

Mobile Networks, which includes mobile network products, network deployment and technical support services, and related network management.

This business group will offer the full portfolio for customers wanting to buy mobile access networks. It target leadership in key technologies such as 5G, ORAN and vRAN.

Job Description

Central Pre-Sales comprises the provision of pre-sales support / expertise to sales team in their sales efforts. Covers a specialized knowledge of technical products, services, or solutions in a single or suite of offerings.

Contains delivery of in-depth presentations and demonstrations to clients and sales representatives as well as the identification of new businesses focusing on future technologies and the setting of strategies to develop new business opportunities.

Comprises driving of Nokia's solutions across business groups as well as positioning and selling of Nokia's solutions to customers in coordination with sales and / or presales teams through a consultative selling approach.

Covers engagement with external clients in defining and formulating their business strategies. Comprises understanding of customer's business model and long term investment planning in order to provide customized support.

The Services Solutions Manager drives Nokia's solutions for a business group / domain / technology or across business groups and supports presales teams with competitive intelligence and winning strategies through consultative selling approach to maximize Nokia's portfolio adoption.

Delivers business consulting services (tactical & strategic business cases) articulating Nokia's solutions with an inclusive customer engagement plan and effective interaction with customer decision makers to justify their strategy and investments.

Successful candidate will be focusing on the Civil Works and Tower Co solution and market development across Middle East and Africa.

He / She will drive new business models for active / passive site sharing models including engagement plans for all key operators and Tower and Infrastructure sharing companies.

Require involvement in careful strategic planning and positioning in the Market Units, or enhancing business, position or reputation in TowerCo business.

Creation of new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing TowerCo customers in MEA.

Solid Civil Works experience is mandatory for this role

Job Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new business opportunities and engage with all target customers.
  • Co-ordinate with Nokia business lines to develop solutions targeted for assigned territory and ensure competitiveness
  • Actively contribute and drive forward product development process enhancement initiatives.
  • Support strategic research and strategy work on approaching new revenue streams
  • Develop financial models and business cases for new products ideas.
  • Support and implement marketing activities through research, strategic planning and implementation
  • Understand the needs of TowerCo customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services
  • Creates offering for multi-products, services or end-to-end solutions
  • Influences strategic decisions the technical area that affect the performance of the subfunction
  • Competencies

  • Civil / Engineering degree from a reputable University
  • Proven experience in Civil Works, Site Acquisition domain
  • Acts as a senior Services Solutions subject matter expert
  • Technical knowledge on Nokia Services Products for 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G
  • Technical thought leadership to drive and influence customer strategy in alignment with Nokia Services Solutions, in line with Sales Push Programs strategy
  • Build market & customer specific value-based argumentation for the Services Portfolio elements
  • Create strategies for Services Solution sales, prepare value based argumentation and direct customer engagement with CSPs in consultative sales opportunities
