Job Role : HR Business Partner Corporate Job Location : Karachi, Pakistan Main Job Purpose We are currently recruiting an HR Business Partner within our HR Function.
This role would suit someone who has an ability to flex effortlessly between operational and strategic HR activities. This person will need to manage a wide and varied range of stakeholders in both the development and implementation of key initiatives and activities whilst developing strong business relationships. Job Summary
Supports the implementation of HR strategy to the business by ensuring that the HR delivery is in fully aligned to business goals in their area of business
Supports managers and teams in business delivery through enhancing their capability to deliver Strategy Into Action, manage their people, implement change
Utilize the talent development processes and tools delivered by the Expertise Team
Leading HR related interventions in our Corporate Functions
Driving quality decision making through business partnering, and critical strategic thinking;
To lead manpower planning, recruitment, personal development planning, training need, including robust succession plans and coaching interventions.
Analyze development plans of all team members and prioritize development needs for the current year.
Supports the implementation of HR strategy to the business that is fully aligned to functional requirements;
Interfaces with numerous roles and supports activation of HR planning.
Work closely with the Talent team to develop HR initiatives for succession planning and leadership assessment and development;
Ensure that HR services / policies are monitored / adhered to, measured and evaluated against service expectations.
